Lotus Dancer, a resident since 2000, has been actively involved with many musical channels here on Maui. She continues to collaborate with vocal choruses, soloists, chamber music ensembles, and to perform in her own solo recitals as well.
A cello/piano duo aptly named CELLANO, was born in 2009 with cellist, Silvina Samuel.
Lotus earned a BA in music from the University of Colorado, an MA from the University of Illinois, and took advanced studies at Eastman School of Music and the Aspen-Julliard summer program. She has been teaching for 50 years and is dedicated and inspiring to her students through their individual musical journeys.
